In fulfilling our mission to enhance the health and improve the quality of life in the populations we serve, health promotion and disease prevention programs offered by T.H.E. are based on the results of ongoing community needs assessments. In providing these programs, clients are our most important partners and ensuring confidentiality is our highest priority.

Trained and dedicated staff work with each client to assess his or her individual needs, and develop mutually agreed on client-focused plans and services designed to address these needs. Through this partnership we strive to provide quality services and access to needed assistance.

Comprehensive referral and counseling services (CRCS)

Referrals to medical care and treatment, substance abuse and mental health services, job training programs, and educational opportunities.

Health education and risk reduction seminars

 

In addition to client-focused programs, T.H.E. also provides community and group-level science-based interventions, as well as health education and risk reduction outreach activities.
